4th annual Mayfest festival

Exciting news for Xpress Fitness. We will be an event sponsor for this years Old Towne Mayfest 5k. Come early to stretch, loosen and warm-up those muscles to walk/jog/run your way to a new personal record. Visit www.racesonline.com to register. Register before April 23rd to receive your Mayfest t-shirt the day of the race. 

We would love to see our members participate in the race in their Xpress Fitness tanks and t-shirts. See owner Eric Cook to purchase your shirt or place your order. Let's encourage everyone to join the Xpress Fitness team.
