Our April client spotlight 2019 is dedicated to Anthony Woodard!
Xpress Fitness: Tell us a little about who you are, what you do?
Anthony: My name is Anthony Woodard and I am a software developer. I train in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Due to the sedentary nature of my work, it is important for me to incorporate exercise into my daily life. Also to avoid having to take medications, I have been ordered by my doctor to exercise and eat healthy.\
Xpress Fitness: What do you like to do in your free time when you are not working or working out at Xpress Fitness? Fun Fact?
Anthony: In my free time I enjoy watching sports and movies and reading about various topics. I also enjoy designing and building software and collaborating on different business ventures.
Xpress Fitness: How is training with us different than other gyms and how have we helped you?
Anthony: Training at Xpress Fitness is different than training at other gyms because of Eric’s commitment to help me reach my goals. He keeps me motivated and creates a workout regimen specifically for me. The environment is energetic and very encouraging. He will not let me make excuses because he will make adjustments to make sure I include working out in my schedule. I have never had a trainer who is as consistent and committed as Eric.
Xpress Fitness: What motivates you to work out and maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Anthony: In order to make sure I am at my best at all times I know I have to train. That way my family and I can enjoy life together. That is what motivates me to train.
Xpress Fitness: What is your guilty pleasure food?
Anthony: My guilty pleasure food is pasta.
Xpress Fitness: What advice do you have for somebody looking to start training?
My advice for someone looking to start training is don’t rush it and be consistent. It takes time to make the lifestyle switch to healthy living but if you take your time and consistently show up, you will see results.
