Bring a Buddy to Workout!
Did you know that if you have a regular training/workout partner, you’re not only more likely to be more consistent with your workouts, but you’ll be more likely to eat healthier as well?
Surrounding yourself with people who have similar goal s as you do, will make a world of difference.
That’s why, this week, your challenge is to invite a friend to workout with you here at Xpress Fitness. We ’re actually opening up # of spots this week for people who aren’t already members!
Researchers in England have found that people who exercise with their friends actually exercise MORE often.
Interestingly enough, the reasons weren’t even about accountability.... but more about having emotional support and encouragement.
That's exactly why this week, we’re opening up our classes so YOU can bring in your friends and family for an amazing workout, and we’ll pick up the tab :-) After all, we’re all in this together.
Here’s how it'll work:
1. Come by the studio to get a copy of our PLUS TWO form.
2. Complete the form and return it to us! You can invite 2 friends or family members in to workout with you this week.
BONUS: You will receive a $25 credit towards training services for each person that signs up for training services!
