That's exactly why every week for the month of November, we’re opening up our classes and training sessions so YOU can bring in your friends and family for an amazing workout, and we’ll pick up the tab :-)

2. Need help giving them a nudge?
Come by the studio to get a copy of our PLUS TWO form.
3. Complete the form and return it to us! We'll give them an invite as well!
BONUS: You will receive a $25 credit towards training services for each person that signs up for training services!
