Pamela Jones  Here at Xpress Fitness, we like to recognize our clients who "go hard or go home" in remaining dedicated and motivated to reach their health and fitness goals. This month we would like to recognize Pamela Jones as our Client of the Month! (pictured above, right).
Pamela Jones has been a client of Xpress Fitness owner, Eric Cook, since 2013. Pamela Jones currently works as a 6th grade science teacher at White Station Middle School. She received her B.S. in Elementary Education, at Mississippi State University and her Master of Arts in Education at Cumberland University. Pamela also works Ticket Operations at Auto Zone Liberty Bowl. Her hobbies outside of work include; cooking, reading, attending Mississippi State athletic events, genealogy research and international travel. Pamela enjoys being a client of Xpress Fitness because of the flexible training schedules which allow her to work around her busy schedule. She also enjoys the home workouts that are provided for times when she cannot make it to the gym. Pamela loves how much better she feels physically and mentally when working out and eating healthy. Pamela stated, “Eric Cook is a great motivator who understands the difficulties of trying to maintain a healthy weight and staying in shape.” Congratulations Pamela! Keep grinding!
