  • Start: June 3rd, 2019
  • End: July 31st, 2018 (8+ weeks)
  1. Cost:
  • $150 *Additional $50 discount for teachers, current students and active military personnel (must sign-up in person and present a valid ID to save!)*
  1. Purpose:
  • This is a health incentive program that encourages participants to increase daily physical activity by performing strength and cardio challenges daily or weekly. 
  • The overall goal of this program is to encourage healthy behaviors, exercise adherence and accountabilty.
  • Participants should see a decrease in body weight and body fat percentage.
  1. Participation:
  • Participate in Team Training sessions (group) at Xpress Fitness during the months of June and July. Document your journey on social media(Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat) and complete fitness challenges.
  • Strength challenges will be completed Monday-Saturday at Xpress Fitness. Cardio challenges (Just Run Boot Camp) will be completed on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm. Participants will meet at the track in Olive Branch City Park.
  1. Lose to win:
Participants are grouped into teams of 5. The team that drops the most weight will receive a personalized gym bag & one month FREE Team Training.
  • Members must agree to bi-weekly weigh-ins using the scale provided.
  • A minimum total of 40 lbs lost is required for a team to be considered.
  • That’s’ an average of 1 lb per week per participant.
  1. Additional challenges:
Instagram Photo Challenge :  Points  per photo (Total points possible TBD)
Must tag @xpress_fitness in each photo using hashtags:
#getxpressfit #wetraindifferent #dontsinktheboat
 
Before/After photo:  (Front/ Both sides/Back) - 1 point per photo (8 total points)
 
Bring a Buddy: Invite a friend:  Receive points for each guest invited to attend workouts. Receive an additional $25 referral coupon if invited guest purchases  1 month group or 4 semi-private training sessions. (Points TBD)
