The cool refreshing taste and health benefits make watermelon a summer fruit of choice for most. In one study watermelon juice reduced post-exercise muscle soreness.  Watermelon anyone?

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
1/4 cup 1% milk           1/2 cup strawberries
3/4 cup seedless watermelon      1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons of vanilla whey protein powder

Directions
Making this watermelon smoothie is as easy as blending the together all of the above ingredients into your Nutribullet, Ninja or blender.

1 serving: Protein 7g     Fat 2g       Fiber 1g       Calories 92

Trade your milk for lemonade or limeade to make a cool and refreshing taste or add more whey for a protein packed treat!
